Tim Cofield

Tim Cofield is a missionary kid who spent the first 19 years of his life in N.W. Ontario Canada. and traveling the U.S. fund-raising with his family. At age 17 he played an original song for 2000 people after winning a songwriting competition in Canada. His entire family moved to Chattanooga, TN in 2006. In 2011 Tim won an Addy for sound design on a Blood Assurance PSA under the direction of Bobby Stone. Tim is currently scoring a film called “The Light We Share” that tells the stories of 7 people in the dance community. The film advocates for racial justice and sexual equality among other topics. Tim Cofield started releasing singles as TØPKNØT in 2020 and has several tracks on Spotify and Bandcamp for your listening pleasure.
